Hydro X is seeking an Office & Operations Manager to join the founders’ team in building a next-generation energy platform. We are looking for someone who owns the office environment and keeps daily logistics moving seamlessly. A key part of this role involves supporting our financial pipeline—assisting purchasing, tracking invoices, and assist the procurement processes so nothing falls through the cracks.

What you will work on
- Own the Office & Daily Logistics
- Make the office feel great—ensure it is welcoming, clean, and fully stocked.
- Handle all daily office operations, mail, deliveries, and facilities management.
- Support human resources with onboarding logistics and internal company events.
- Assist with Procurement & Invoices
- Support the procurement process by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Process incoming invoices and track payments to ensure timely processing.
- Assist finance with establishing new vendors and organizing purchase orders.
- Maintain organized digital records of all receipts, bills, and order forms.
- Support Leadership & Workflow
- Manage schedules for founders and leadership to keep everyone on track.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare basic materials, and handle team travel logistics.
- Act as the follow-up engine to ensure administrative tasks cross the finish line.
